As the manufacturer of FEHLMANN machines, we have an extensive stock of spare parts. The parts and components held in stock can be delivered on very short notice ex works (Seon) and/or directly from your local dealer.
Express delivery service makes it possible to deliver spare parts to the customer virtually all over Europe within 24 hours after receiving the order.
Each machine is accompanied by a complete technical documentation including drawings, parts and device lists.
When ordering spare parts, please have the following information ready:

Article number, type, and serial number of the spare part

Our service hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Depending on your request, we can also provide direct remote support, as remote diagnosis is possible. This allows many questions to be answered quickly and reduces downtime.
