FEHLMANN training

Investment in the future:
Continuous development in the areas of CNC technology and high speed machining calls for permanent education of the operators in order to utilize the technical possibilities of a FEHLMANN machine to their full potential.
Shortening of processing times and optimization of quality of the work piece by can be achieved through sophisticated NC programmes and process-optimized programming techniques. Well-trained employees lower machine holding time and production downtime, thus enhancing productivity and sales volume.

HEIDENHAIN Training Partner:
Fehlmann AG has been an official, certified HEIDENHAIN training partner for TNC programming courses since 2008. By combining theory and practice, our well-qualified and experienced training team imparts the desired knowledge to you, using state-of-the-art machines and control technology. You can be certain that you will receive competent and expert knowledge from us first-hand.

Modular course system:
Training participants often have different levels of CNC knowledge. The applications and, therefore, the course requirements of the various customers can differ considerably. In order to meet these individual requirements of our clientele, the described course modules can be taken individually or continuously.

Programming language:
Our trainings are conducted exclusively in Heidenhain-conversational - also referred to as dialogue. Trainings in DIN/ISO are provided directly by Heidenhain.

Easy change:
Thanks to the linear development of Heidenhain controls, an efficient switch from older to the newest controls or from the basic TNC 620 to the high-tech TNC7 control is assured. Choose your module from our wide variety of training opportunities.
