FEHLMANN presents the latest generation of the proven PICOMAX 56 series: at its core is the integration of the established FEHLMANN functions TOP and mill into the modern Heidenhain TNC7 control family—implemented in a re-designed machine concept.
The FEHLMANN functions TOP and mill, which have proven themselves over many years in workshops, training facilities, and in single-part and small-batch production, have been completely re-designed and implemented on the current Heidenhain TNC7 basic. Users benefit from intuitive operation and can continue to switch flexibly between conventional operation and CNC machining with up to four simultaneously controlled axes.
In addition to the modern control system, an optimized machine structure, a new generation of axis drives, and a re-designed layout ensure even greater precision and process reliability.
A particular highlight is the ability to change tools from the front during active machining. This feature is already familiar from FEHLMANN machining centers. This reduces setup times and further optimizes workflows in the workshop.
