The well trained hotline team actively supports our customers in their troubleshooting. A malfunction can efficiently be 'pinpointed' by phone analysis, thus drastically reducing down times and costs.
In many cases, malfunctions can be removed directly on the phone by this competent consultation. State-of-the-art communication channels, as e.g. Internet e-mail, allow for the remote diagnosis of your machine, if required.

As manufacturer of the FEHLMANN machines, we dispose of an extensive stock of spare parts. The parts and components held on stock can be delivered on very short notice ex works (Seon) and/or directly from your local dealer.
Express delivery services make it possible to deliver spare parts to the customer virtually all over Europe within 24 hours after receiving the order.
Each machine is accompanied by a complete technical documentation including drawings, parts and device lists.

Repair and maintenenace works at modern machine tools require an extensive special know-how and a serious training and preparation of the service staff.
FEHLMANN technicians will carry out the repair work at the site after extensive analysis of the trouble cause - fitted with all necessary auxiliary devices and spare parts.
On-site services are carried out according to their urgency. This helps to cut down on travelling expenses (charged pro rata) and allow an efficient planning of the assignments.
